Simon Ritzler is born in Günzburg, a small Bavarian town in Germany. After school Simon worked as a graphic designer for several advertising agencies. He began studying graphic design at the University of Applied Sciences RheinMain in Wiesbaden, Germany; however, after 2 years, he switched to the renowned film academy Baden Württemberg in Ludwigsburg, Germany, and studied film directing.
He is based in Berlin and loves football, filmmaking, history, art, and, from time to time, a cool Bavarian beer.
